I love doing character design stuff so I really enjoyed the workshop on it. There is something very liberating about working on a character design that isn’t for a project or really connected to anything else. Admittedly I didn’t break the mould with the character I came up with, I am very partial to nautical themes and fish elements when I am designing characters for my own projects, and it is clear I did the same for this one. But this was probably one of the most fun sessions so far at CSM.
